My success in executing this comes from an earlier background in the ownership and management of multiple businesses at once, a sports bar, steak house restaurant, and salon & spa in the Chicago area. In 2004 I moved out west to work for a business training company for the salon & spa industry where I coached owners & technicians to use sales systems to increase their profitability and grow retention of customers.  In 2008 my real estate experience began in Nevada as an assistant in the selling and buying of bank-owned properties throughout the the crash. As the market recovered in 2013 I became licensed and have been a full-time agent working both in the team environment and as a mentor to new agents, as an independent agent with my brokerage at eXp Realty. In my free time, you can find me at a live music show, practicing yoga, or spending time with my lovely daughter.
